Birth of the original company, laying the groundwork for a future leader in stainless-steel wire manufacturing.

1990s

Expansion with Catalytic Converter Production

Rapid business growth driven by the introduction of catalytic converter manufacturing, strengthening the company's position in the automotive sector.

2006

Establishment of the Nuova Temas

Strategic reorganization leads to the creation of Temas, focusing on innovation and international expansion.

2010

Relocation of Italian Headquarters to Montebello della Battaglia

Move to a state-of-the-art facility in Montebello della Battaglia, supporting increased production capacity and technological advancement.

2012

Acquisition of Anors Steel

Expansion of product portfolio and technical know-how through the acquisition of Anors Steel, enhancing expertise in steel processing.

2013

Opening of Brazilian Subsidiary

Entry into the South American market with the establishment of Tex Fibras, bringing the company closer to key automotive clients in Brazil.

2018

Opening of Romanian Plant

Launch of production facility in Romania specializing in wiremesh components, marking a significant step in European manufacturing.

Expansion in Mexico with Temex Automotive
